NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Monday granted bail to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal‘s close aide Bibhav Kumar in the Swati Maliwal assault case.
The apex court noted that Kumar had been in custody for 100 days and that a chargesheet was already filed in the case.
Earlier, Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court had extended Bibhav Kumar’s judicial custody until September 13.
